An experienced Test Lead is required to support a Workday HCM and Payroll implementation within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for leading end-to-end testing across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring business, payroll, and compliance requirements are validated ahead of go-live.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the overall test strategy, approach, and governance
- Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across HCM and Payroll processes
- Lead and support UAT with business stakeholders
- Manage defects through JIRA, including tracking, resolution, and re-testing
- Produce clear test reporting, including status, risks, and quality metrics
- Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, and defects
- Work closely with technology teams and third-party vendors
- Proven Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst experience on ERP implementations
- Strong hands-on testing across system, integration, regression, and UAT
- HRIS and/or Payroll testing experience (essential)
- Workday HCM/Payroll experience (highly desirable)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Proficiency with JIRA
