We are working with an Australian Organisation who are growing their technology team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role focused on developing and maintaining integrations for Workday HCM
and other SaaS applications. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support existing systems while helping deliver new solutions across HR, finance, and business operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations(Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, EIB, Workday Web Services)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday with other enterprise platforms (CRM, finance, payroll)
- Build and manage API integrations, middleware, and Azure-based services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)
- Support Tier 3 technical issues across the Workday ecosystem and related apps
- Contribute to technical documentation, integration governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience in Workday integration development(ideally Core Connectors and Studio)
- Strong background in application development or system integration, ideally in a Microsoft environment
- Proficiency with Azure, APIs, and integration tools (Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.)
- Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or other scripting languages
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) in enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
