Salary:$130,000 + Super (up to $145,000 + Super for the right candidate)
About the Role We are an established UKG partner with an immediate requirement for an experienced UKG Ready HR Implementation Consultant. Due to recent team changes, this role is needed urgently, with projects ready to commence.
You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the UKG Ready HR platform, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes across the core HR suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full end-to-end UKG Ready HR implementations, including post-go-live aftercare
- Lead and configure the core HR suite, including:
- Core HR
- Onboarding
- Recruitment
- Performance
- Run client discovery and design workshops
- Perform hands-on system configuration
- Produce clear and structured implementation documentation
- Provide expert guidance on Australian payroll and superannuation requirements.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR system implementations
- Strong experience with UKG Ready
- Proven Australian implementation experience, including superannuation knowledge
- Confident running workshops and engaging senior client stakeholders
- Highly hands-on with configuration and solution design
- Experience delivering implementations from kick-off through go-live and aftercare
