Are you a delivery strategist with a hands-on edge? We’re seeking an experienced consultant or transformation leader to design, establish, and embed a fit-for-purpose Transformation Delivery Office (TDO) for a leading Queensland organisation undergoing a significant enterprise-wide transformation.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. The organisation has the foundations of a delivery framework in place - now they need someone to bring it to life. You’ll take ownership of the roadmap, design the standards, and define the practical tools and processes that underpin project and change delivery across the business.
This is Phase One of a broader transformation – a high-impact, high-visibility assignment that sets the tone for what’s to come.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a transformation delivery uplift roadmap, aligned to the organisation’s strategic objectives
- Define the “how we deliver” playbook – including processes, templates, artefacts, roles, and QA standards
- Ensure alignment and integration with a newly formed Enterprise PMO (ePMO)
- Lead discovery and planning workshops, build momentum across stakeholders, and define deliverables for board-level presentation
- Support rollout of a scalable, consistent delivery model across Project Managers, BAs, and Change Managers
- 10+ years’ experience in delivery, transformation, or PMO leadership, with direct experience standing up delivery functions within large organisations
- Proven experience designing and embedding enterprise delivery frameworks and operating models
- Hands-on expertise across project planning, governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to bridge strategic vision with practical delivery enablement
- Background in management consulting will be highly regarded
- Lead a foundational transformation initiative with direct access to senior decision-makers
