We’re looking for an experienced Test Manager (Contract)
to lead QA strategy and delivery across complex, data-driven platforms. This is a contract role

What You’ll Do:
- Manage internal QA teams and offshore/outsourced partners
- Lead end-to-end test planning, automation, and execution for data engineering platforms
- Collaborate closely with data services, regulatory reporting, and engineering teams
- Oversee test strategy for pipelines, transformations, and large-scale datasets
- Review test documentation, risk assessments, and drive QA best practices
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong hands-on experience with DBT, Spark, Python, SQL, Java, Scala, Kafka
- Deep knowledge of data testing, DevOps automation(Jenkins, GitHub), and cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and technical reconciliation
- Proven background in managing QA across large-scale regulatory reporting or data-focused projects
- Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven UAT, PVT experience
- Bonus points for Guidewire experience
