We’re seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead software quality assurance across internal engineering teams and outsourced QA partners. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive the delivery of high-quality data engineering and insurance solutions, with Guidewire expertise as a must-have.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QA and automation engineers across multiple platforms and products in an Agile environment.
- Define, review, and continuously improve test strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Oversee test planning, risk analysis, and release documentation.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and implement best practices.
- Collaborate closely with data services teams to ensure reliable delivery of regulatory reporting and insurance systems.
- Proven experience with Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Hands-on technical expertise with DBT, Spark, Python, SQL, Java, Scala, Kafka.
- Proven experience working with large-scale data pipelines and complex datasets.
- Strong knowledge of databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, Blob storage).
- Experience with DevOps automation (Jenkins, GitHub).
- Exposure to Docker, Containers, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Ability to build frameworks for data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end project delivery (Agile, SDLC, hybrid approaches).
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 12-month contract with potential for extension.
