I am looking for a proactive hands on test lead / manager to join an exciting project revamping HR systems for a key client.
You won’t have any direct reports, you will be leading the testing processes for a specific project.
This role is part time, 3 days per week. They can be flexible on what days you work.

- Proven experience in a Test Lead/Manager role with a hands-on approach.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Experience delivering end-to-end testing on large ERP, HRIS, or Payroll system implementations or replacements.
- Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll processes, system integration, and enterprise data migration challenges.
- SIT Experience (5 years+) including hands-on and regression testing – mandatory.
- UAT experience (2 years+), preferably managing many (20+) business users
- Experience with specific HR/Payroll platforms such as UKG Pro, Dayforce, Preceda and Kronos.
- Experience with the JD Edwards ERP system and/or the Coupa expenses system.
