What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow your territory, balancing new business development with key account management.
  • Drive sales and profitability across core products: Commercial Washroom Accessories, Hand Dryers, Childcare Products, and Toilet Partitions.
  • Support the relaunch of the Toilet Partitions range, creating installed and material-only opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and builders to secure specifications on new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Promote bundled solutions to maximise project value and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers to improve stock availability, pricing, and local market execution.
  • Maintain visibility through customer visits, meetings, and regular field activity.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to identify growth opportunities and track KPIs.
About You
  • Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally in commercial building products, construction, or specification sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing territories and winning projects.
  • Confident engaging with architects, designers, contractors, and wholesalers.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large territory.
  • Experienced with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
