What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow your territory, balancing new business development with key account management.
- Drive sales and profitability across core products: Commercial Washroom Accessories, Hand Dryers, Childcare Products, and Toilet Partitions.
- Support the relaunch of the Toilet Partitions range, creating installed and material-only opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and builders to secure specifications on new build and refurbishment projects.
- Promote bundled solutions to maximise project value and strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with wholesalers to improve stock availability, pricing, and local market execution.
- Maintain visibility through customer visits, meetings, and regular field activity.
- Provide market insights and feedback to identify growth opportunities and track KPIs.
- Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally in commercial building products, construction, or specification sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing territories and winning projects.
- Confident engaging with architects, designers, contractors, and wholesalers.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large territory.
- Experienced with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Autonomy to run your Queensland territory like your own business.
- Work with a highly specified, broad product range.
