- All major independent flooring retailers across Queensland
- Territory spans from Brisbane to Cairns, covering key regional hubs including Rockhampton(on an 8-week cycle), Noosa, Gympie, Bundaberg, and Harvey Bay
- Expect 3 regional trips per quarter, with 2–3 nights away per trip
- Travel and territory management covers approximately 5–6 weeks per quarter
- Manage and grow sales across the assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with both major retailers and independents
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the region
- Present and promote carpet product ranges to suit client needs
- Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide accurate market intelligence and competitor activity reports
- Represent the brand at trade events and in-store training sessions
- A hungry, dynamic, and driven sales professional
- Strong cultural fit with a collaborative mindset and “fire in the belly”
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to self-motivate, work independently, and manage territory travel
- A confident, personable individual who can hold meaningful conversations and build long-term client relationships
- Experience in carpet, flooring, interiors, or related product sales
- Background in working with retail and merchant networks
- Understanding of regional customer dynamics and structured sales processes
