Product Focus:

  • Carpet and flooring solutions tailored for residential and commercial applications
Key Clients Include:
  • Carpet Call
  • Carpet Court
  • Andersens
  • All major independent flooring retailers across Queensland
Territory & Travel:
  • Territory spans from Brisbane to Cairns, covering key regional hubs including Rockhampton(on an 8-week cycle), Noosa, Gympie, Bundaberg, and Harvey Bay
  • Expect 3 regional trips per quarter, with 2–3 nights away per trip
  • Travel and territory management covers approximately 5–6 weeks per quarter
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow sales across the assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with both major retailers and independents
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the region
  • Present and promote carpet product ranges to suit client needs
  • Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide accurate market intelligence and competitor activity reports
  • Represent the brand at trade events and in-store training sessions

Preferred Profile:
  • Experience in carpet, flooring, interiors, or related product sales
  • Background in working with retail and merchant networks
  • Understanding of regional customer dynamics and structured sales processes
