Our client is a Market Leader in the Building Products Industry, with offices and distribution centres across Australia and a strong global presence.

They manufacture some of the most respected and widely used products in the construction sector. Their range is known for its quality, innovation, and performance, making them a trusted partner to builders, contractors, retailers, merchants, and trade professionals nationwide.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a driven and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to their Sydney team.

The Role This is a sales-focused role operating within the trade and construction space.

The majority of your time will be spent in front of retailers, merchants, builders, contractors, and other key customers within the building products sector, developing existing relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the State Manager as part of a close-knit, supportive team, backed by strong leadership and a collaborative culture. This is a role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by a highly respected brand and experienced leadership team.

About You
  • Experience selling building products such as paint, adhesives, insulation, roofing, cladding, fencing, waterproofing, timber, hardware, or related construction materials
  • A self-motivated and driven approach, coupled with a strong desire to learn, develop, and succeed
  • Knowledge of the building, construction, renovation, or trade sectors
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • A stable career history with a proven track record of achieving sales results
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
