Lead delivery of a multi-stream data platform program within a high-growth lending organisation.
You'll be responsible for driving execution across Snowflake data platform build, real-time integration, and API delivery, while managing vendors and ensuring delivery momentum.

- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and engineering teams
- Drive delivery planning, milestones, and execution
- Manage RAID, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment across data, integration, and API streams
- Proven experience delivering data platform / data engineering programs
- Strong exposure to:
- Snowflake
- Real-time integration (e.g. Kafka / Confluent)
- APIs / cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience managing complex vendor environments
- Strong stakeholder and delivery leadership skills
- Experience in financial services / lending environments
- Background in data engineering or technical delivery
