Overview
Support the delivery and adoption of AI tools across the organisation. This role focuses on executing an existing strategy, enabling staff, and embedding practical AI usage into day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver AI adoption initiatives aligned to an established roadmap
- Coordinate activities, timelines, and stakeholders across departments
- Engage with staff to understand workflows and identify AI use opportunities
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations
- Develop clear, user-friendly guidance and supporting materials
- Support internal events (e.g. showcases, roadshows) to drive awareness and adoption
Skills & Experience
- Experience in project coordination, digital delivery, or change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement activities
- Solid business analysis capability (process mapping, requirements gathering)
- Proven ability to execute within an established strategy
Desirable
- Experience in higher education
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g. generative AI, automation, copilots)
- Background in L&D, change, or digital adoption
