- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments (e.g. Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring high uptime and reliability, report back to senior stakeholders.
- Manage patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for support teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation, while identifying opportunities to improve systems and automate processes
