A well-established tech consultancy is seeking a Systems Engineer with a solid background in Windows environments, networking, virtualisation (VMware), and exposure to cybersecurity best practices. This role suits someone confident in both Level 1 & 2 support, who thrives in hybrid infrastructure environments and is ready to step into a project-heavy, hands-on technical role.
What you'll work on:

• Supporting Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
• Maintaining and optimising VMware and virtualised infrastructure
• Troubleshooting network issues (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Contributing to cyber resilience and endpoint protection
• Managing M365, Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid cloud environments

• Experience in L1/L2 support across Windows/Cloud/Network environments
• Strong knowledge of VMware and Microsoft 365
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Exposure to security tools and policies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
