We’re partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit organisation, currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer
to join their ICT team on a permanent basis.
Key Details:
- Must be Melbourne-based
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office (Tuesday–Friday)
- Base salary: $130k + super + generous benefits

- 5 weeks annual leave + 1 RDO/month
- Time-in-lieu for overtime
- On-call roster (weekly allowance when rostered)
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in IT systems engineering within an enterprise ITIL environment
- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Citrix technologies(XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS/MCS, Netscaler/ADC)
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies, particularly VMware(supporting 23 servers)
- Solid skills across the Microsoft stack – AD, Azure, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Familiarity with the Cisco suite and on-premises infrastructure, including support of legacy systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering consistent and detailed results
- Citrix: XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, MCS, Netscaler (ADC)
- Virtualisation: VMware, Citrix Cloud, Azure
- Microsoft: Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Cisco infrastructure
- Legacy and on-prem systems
