- Join a large, well-established Melbourne organisation as it prepares for the go-live of a major new enterprise equipment registry system
- Work closely with the vendor and project team through the final stretch of implementation and into hypercare
- A hands-on role at the centre of a genuinely cross-functional rollout, spanning IT, operations and frontline system users
- Melbourne based, with the flexibility to work across a small number of sites
- Initial 3 month engagement with immediate start
- Support go-live readiness activities and planning across the final weeks of implementation
- Work directly with the vendor and project team to resolve outstanding issues and actions
- Support user acceptance testing, including test execution, defect identification and tracking through to resolution
- Help build the operational support model and documentation needed to move from project delivery into business-as-usual
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for system users during onboarding and the post go-live hypercare period
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in software configuration, database management and system integration
- Demonstrated experience training others in processes and systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing external vendors
- Excellent problem-solving skills
