We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist to join a major transformation program and play a key role in delivering and supporting SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll technology specialist with 6+ years of SuccessFactors Payroll experience who can work across complex payroll environments, contribute to solution design and configuration, and partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the Role As a SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, configuration and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
You will work closely with HR, payroll, technology and project teams to ensure payroll processes and integrations are robust, compliant and aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Lead or contribute to SuccessFactors Payroll implementations, enhancements and transformation initiatives.
- Configure and maintain payroll processes, including payroll rules, schemas, wage types and related functionality.
- Analyse complex payroll requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Support payroll testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting and production support.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, integration and technical teams across the delivery lifecycle.
- Assist with payroll integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP and third-party systems.
- Support data migration, reconciliation and validation activities.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation where required.
- Provide guidance to project teams and business stakeholders on SuccessFactors Payroll capabilities and best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of payroll processes.
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience, ideally with strong Employee Central Payroll exposure.
- Strong understanding of SAP payroll processes and HR/payroll technology.
- Experience across SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements or transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, rules, schemas, wage types and payroll processing.
- Experience working with integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP and external systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with functional, technical and business teams.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- Experience with Australian payroll.
- Experience across Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Exposure to SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.

This role will suit an integration specialist with strong hands-on experience across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI), who can design, develop, troubleshoot and support complex integrations across SuccessFactors, SAP and third-party platforms.
About the Role As a SuccessFactors Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering robust and scalable integrations across the SuccessFactors landscape and connected enterprise applications.
You will work closely with SuccessFactors functional teams, SAP technical teams, architects and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain integrations across SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.
- Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Work across SuccessFactors APIs, including OData and REST/SOAP-based integrations.

- Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues.
