About the role
As a Senior Specialist Lead within our HR Transformation practice, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0). You will work closely with clients to transform their hiring and onboarding experiences, ensuring scalable, user-centric, and compliant solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- Facilitate client workshops to gather and define business requirements across talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs within SuccessFactors
- Configure and optimise RCM and ONB modules, including integrations with Employee Central and third-party systems
- Provide subject matter expertise on recruitment lifecycle, candidate experience, and onboarding best practices
- Manage project delivery, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the team
- Support business development through proposal writing, solution shaping, and client presentations
- 7+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0)
- Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, candidate journey design, and onboarding frameworks
- Experience integrating RCM/ONB with Employee Central and external systems (e.g. job boards, background check providers)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting and/or Onboarding (preferred)
- Work on large-scale HR transformation programs across diverse industries
