About the Role
We are seeking experienced and driven Strategic Sales Managers
to join a rapidly growing B2B organisation. This is a customer-facing, relationship-led role
where you’ll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients while also managing and expanding high-value strategic accounts across diverse sectors including education, government, industrial, professional services, and not-for-profit.
You’ll spend significant time on the road meeting clients, understanding their evolving needs, and building long-term partnerships. Success in this role will come from your ability to blend strategic account management
with a new business development mindset, driving growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase share of wallet, retention, and advocacy.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and ongoing account health management.
- Deliver impactful presentations and insights to C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, logistics, marketing, sourcing, and pricing to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Track performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools.
- 6+ years’ experience in strategic sales, account management, or customer success(B2B environment preferred).
- Proven track record in growing enterprise accounts and securing new business.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and value creation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Skilled in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and customer success initiatives.
- Proactive, customer-centric, and resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
