What you’ll do
- Take high-level architectural designs and drive them through to production
- Design and build scalable full-stack solutions with minimal supervision
- Break down complex, ill-defined problems and deliver pragmatic outcomes
- Work across frontend and backend, balancing quality, performance, and speed
- Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to resolve technical trade-offs
- Strong experience as a senior or staff-level full stack engineer
- Polyglot mindset, with exposure to Python, C++, Go or Rust, and React on the frontend
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems across the full stack
- Sound engineering judgement and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to operate confidently in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Australian citizenship (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for delivery outcomes
