This is a hands-on architecture role where you’ll work across planning, design and delivery — partnering closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to design pragmatic, end-to-end solutions that actually work in the real world.
Our client is a leading university in Melbourne.
This will be an initial 6-month contract (extensions likely).
What you’ll be doing
- Leading solution architecture across ServiceNow ITSM initiatives
- Designing conceptual, logical and detailed application solutions
- Helping plan and architect the replacement of legacy, heavily customised platforms
- Working across integration, data, identity and security considerations
- Reviewing designs from other architects and contributing to architecture forums
- Translating business needs into scalable, secure and supportable solutions
- 5+ years’ experience in application or solution architecture
- Strong ServiceNow / ITSM experience (Incident, Change, CMDB, Requests, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SLC / admissions-style platforms and modernisation approaches
- Experience designing integrations, APIs, data models and identity patterns
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Enterprise-scale programs with real impact
- High trust, senior-level work without micromanagement
Daily rate:$1,150 - $1,250 per day inc Super.
