We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect
with proven experience in counter-fraud systems
to join our high-performing team working on critical government and public sector initiatives.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a central role in designing secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions that directly support the detection and prevention of fraud across complex ecosystems. Your architecture expertise will help shape systems that deliver real-world outcomes for clients and citizens.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures for fraud detection, investigation, and prevention systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and government agencies to align architecture with operational and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (especially for classified or sensitive environments).
- Develop high-level and detailed solution design documentation (HLD/LLD).
- Assess and recommend technologies, patterns, and integration strategies.
- Provide guidance across the solution delivery lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Support risk management and contribute to security assessments and architecture assurance.
- Security Clearance: Must hold at least Baseline or NV1 clearance.
- Experience:
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions in counter-fraud, compliance, law enforcement, or financial crime environments.
- Strong background in system integration, data analytics, case management platforms, and/or fraud detection technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in modern architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or hybrid)
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and secure data sharing practices
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities
- Able to work in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
- Experience with government departments or public sector environments.
- Familiarity with fraud analytics tools, AI/ML solutions, or case management platforms (e.g., Pega, IBM i2, Palantir).
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
