Software Engineer (Node.js / TypeScript)
Sydney | Hybrid | Contract | Up to $650/day
What You'll Be Doing
• Developing high-throughput APIs and microservices using Node.js and TypeScript
• Building and deploying containerised, cloud-native applications on AWS
• Working across ECS, ECR, S3, SQS, Kinesis Firehose, CloudWatch, and IAM
• Integrating with API gateways including Google Apigee
• Writing testable code using TDD and unit testing with Mocha/Chai
What You Bring
• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript (Node.js)
• Solid background in API and microservice development
• Hands-on experience with containerisation and cloud-native development on AWS
• Familiarity with TDD, Mocha/Chai, and Google Apigee
• Experience building high-throughput, performant applications
