About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor
to oversee the installation and deployment of audio-visual (AV) systems across multiple project sites. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with strong AV technical expertise who thrives in leading teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate AV installation activities across multiple project sites.
- Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in AV system setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
- Proven experience as an AV Site Supervisor
- Strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience.
- Essential: Current Driver’s License + Construction White Card.
- Desirable: Working at Heights, EWP, ACA Cabling License, Working with Children Check.
- Must be PR or Australian Citizen(security clearance a bonus).
