We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Lead to guide a high-performing support team and drive exceptional service delivery across the business. What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Desk Analysts
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
- Act as an escalation point for technical and customer issues
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and support workflows
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service
- Proven experience leading a service desk or support team
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- A customer-first mindset and passion for improving service delivery
