We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Lead to guide a high-performing support team and drive exceptional service delivery across the business. This role is perfect for someone who leads from the front, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about uplifting capability and service standards.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Desk Analysts
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
  • Act as an escalation point for technical and customer issues
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and support workflows
  • Collaborate with wider IT teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience leading a service desk or support team
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for improving service delivery
