I'm looking for a hands-on leader to lead a small high-performing IT Service Desk team and deliver top-tier support across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Lead & mentor a small Service Desk team, ensuring SLA targets are smashed.
- Provide 1st/2nd line support escalation & troubleshooting.
- Manage ticket queues, workflow & incident response.
- Drive process improvements & best practices.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on projects & upgrades.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading a Service Desk or IT Support team.
- Strong skills in Windows, O365, Active Directory & remote support tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving abilities.
- Healthcare sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Sydney-based & ready to work on-site.
