$110k - $120k + Super

I'm looking for a hands-on leader to lead a small high-performing IT Service Desk team and deliver top-tier support across the business.
 
In this role, you will:

  • Lead & mentor a small Service Desk team, ensuring SLA targets are smashed.
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support escalation & troubleshooting.
  • Manage ticket queues, workflow & incident response.
  • Drive process improvements & best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on projects & upgrades.
 
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading a Service Desk or IT Support team.
  • Strong skills in Windows, O365, Active Directory & remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving abilities.
  • Healthcare sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Sydney-based & ready to work on-site.
