We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Engineer to join a growing IT support team, providing first-line and early second-line support to end users.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing Level 1-1.5 technical support via phone, email and tickets
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
- Supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- User account administration (AD / Entra ID)
- Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Logging, updating and resolving tickets in line with SLAs
- Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role (L1-L1.5)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, SCCM, InTune, and Active Directory
- Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced setting
