About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating service jobs, scheduling technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional service. This is a critical role supporting our service operations and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians
- Manage service jobs, work orders, and documentation (Simpro preferred)
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Communicate clearly with customers and field technicians
- Monitor job progress and follow up outstanding works
- Maintain accurate records and service data
- Assist in resolving service issues in a professional, customer-focused manner
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator / Scheduler role (security, trades, or service industry experience highly regarded)
- Simpro experience highly desirable
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
