Overview
The role is responsible for delivering accessible, user-centred design across a property platform used by buyers, renters, and agents. The role spans the full design lifecycle from research and journey mapping through to high-fidelity UI and handoff with a strong focus on inclusive design practices.
The role is to embed accessibility standards into all product touchpoints, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and contribute to an evolving design system. This position requires demonstrated experience designing complex digital products and a commitment to usability for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and audit for screen reader, keyboard, and low-vision users
- Build inclusive components into the design system
- Map buyer, renter, and agent journeys end-to-end
- Design search, listing, and inspection flows
- Run usability sessions with diverse user groups
- Demonstrated experience in product design (UX + UI)
- A portfolio showing deep craft and clear UX thinking
- Experience designing complex, data-rich interfaces
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
