Senior UX Designer

UX Designer – Education & Enterprise Systems
6 Month Contract | Melbourne based (2x days per week in office / 3x days from home) 

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a large-scale digital transformation program that is reshaping the way educators, students, and administrators engage with technology.

This is an opportunity to create meaningful, human-centred digital experiences that will impact thousands of users across a broad and dynamic environment.

As a UX Designer, you’ll work closely with UX Specialists, Business Analysts, and Product teams to turn complex requirements into intuitive, seamless solutions.

You’ll be hands-on in both user research and design execution, contributing to enterprise SaaS implementations as well as designing new products from the ground up.

About You:
You are passionate about designing for real-world impact and skilled in applying UX principles across both research and design.

You’ll bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

You bring....

• Solid experience in UX design, with strong proficiency in Figma.
• A track record of conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience producing design artefacts including personas, flows, and prototypes.
• The ability to balance creativity with practical delivery constraints.
