What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Foster an inclusive, people-first culture grounded in collaboration
- Drive agile delivery, continuous improvement, and strong engineering practices
- Guide architectural decisions across event-driven, microservice environments
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence
- Experience as an Engineering Manager for the past 3+years
- Strong background in Java or C# Development and AWS.
- Experience with event-driven microservices and modern SDLC practices
- Strong People Leadership experience
- Highly desirable: experience with high-availability, low-latency systems
- Strong Delivery experience on large scale platforms
- Lead talented engineers working on real-time, high-impact platforms
- Influence engineering culture, standards, and delivery excellence
- Work in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
Location: Melbourne CBD
Office days: 2-3 days
Salary: $200K+
