An enterprise organisation is undergoing a major digital transformation, shifting from on-premise Microsoft technologies to modern cloud-based solutions. With legacy systems reaching end-of-life, the team is focused on delivering future-ready platforms
rather than day-to-day support (handled by service desk/field services).
This role will play a key part in driving the change, working on projects such as:
- Migrating mailboxes to Exchange Online
- Rolling out Windows 11
- Transitioning group policy management to Intune
- Administering SharePoint Online and Teams
- SharePoint online administration
- PowerShell Scripting Knowledge
Top Skills - Essential
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring and administering modern workplace technologies, with a focus on user experience, security, and compliance.
- Expertise in advanced security configurations, identity management, and data protection strategies.
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-user device management solutions(provisioning, app deployment, policy enforcement).
- Proven experience with migration projects
- Advanced knowledge of automation tools and scripting for efficient device management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate(or equivalent).
- Experience working within MSP environments, with an understanding of sector-specific challenges.
