We're looking for a hands-on Data and Marketing analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of data science, media strategy, and commercial growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and key client leads to deliver marketing intelligence that directly informs strategy for some of Australia’s most well-known consumer brands. You'll bring together AI, automation, and advanced modelling (MMM, LTV, ROI, etc.) to drive media effectiveness and customer performance.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact function with two direct reports, while staying close to the work, designing models, building dashboards, and influencing decisions with data.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead media performance and marketing mix modelling using tools like Python, Power BI, and BigQuery.
- Partner with client leads to translate complex data into clear growth strategies.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting pipelines that tie campaign metrics to commercial outcomes.
- Guide testing and optimisation efforts across customer acquisition, CRM, and channel planning.
- Contribute to new business efforts with compelling data-led insights and pitches.
- Manage and mentor an analytics team, while staying hands-on.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in marketing or media analytics, ideally with exposure to econometrics.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI and cloud environments (e.g., BigQuery).
- A deep understanding of campaign measurement (ROI, incrementality, attribution).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn analysis into business action.
- Experience leading projects or teams, but comfortable getting into the detail.
