We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to lead the development of a native mobile app used by clinicians worldwide. This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging, high-impact features in a fast-growing healthtech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of a native iOS app using Swift and UIKit(SwiftUI a plus).
- Own the end-to-end mobile experience, including architecture, performance, testing, and reliability.
- Improve core features such as real-time transcription, note generation, and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Advocate for high standards in code quality, performance, accessibility, and scalability.
- Help shape the internal iOS engineering ecosystem as the team grows.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building native iOS applications.
- Strong understanding of the iOS ecosystem, app lifecycle, offline support, and performance optimisation.
- Experience with AVFoundation, CoreML, or real-time audio/transcription features is a strong plus.
- Ability to own complex technical challenges and work autonomously.
- Passion for building high-performance, user-focused mobile products.
- Bonus: experience in healthtech, AI/ML products, or fast-growth startups.
