Role Overview
Senior role delivering a varied portfolio of projects across data centre, network, cloud, and security technologies. Operates within a PRINCE2-based framework across a complex, high-availability environment with significant stakeholder interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery under PRINCE2, including scope, schedule, risk, issues, and financials
- Coordinate across Design, Build, Testing, Transition, Change Management, Implementation, and PIR phases
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drive engagement and transparency
- Manage procurement of hardware, software, and services, including transition and operational resourcing
- Apply Agile, ITIL, and ADKAR methods in day-to-day delivery
- Facilitate knowledge capture, resource onboarding, and external IT service management
Skills & Requirements
- Certification in one or more project management methodologies; PRINCE2 knowledge essential
- Familiarity with Cloud, Network, Security, and Data Centre technologies
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects with multiple teams and partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira (enterprise context)
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused approach
- Ability to adapt to team practices; declaration of conflicts of interest required
