NV1/NV2 Clearance Required
Can be based in Melbourne CBD or in Ballarat
We are partnering with a Federal Government client to deliver a secure, next-generation data platform across a complex multi-cloud environment.
This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable data pipelines, enabling federated analytics, and delivering real-time insights across distributed systems.
Important: Candidates must hold an active or inactive NV1 or NV2 clearance to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver federated analytics solutions across multi-cloud environments
- Build and optimise batch and streaming data pipelines
- Develop scalable data platforms and support real-time analytics
- Implement monitoring, observability, and performance frameworks
- Support CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and data platform operations
- Strong data engineering background (Spark, Flink, Airflow, dbt)
- Experience with distributed / federated data platforms (e.g. Trino, Iceberg)
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments and modern data tooling
- Solid DevOps understanding (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments
- Work on a large-scale, mission-critical Federal Government program
- Cutting-edge data stack and modern architecture
- Multiple Roles availale - $900-$1100p/d
