About the opportunity
- Join a global consulting practice building out its Finance Transformation capability across ANZ
- Client-facing advisory and delivery work with major asset-intensive and industrial organisations
- Genuine end-to-end mandate: diagnostics, future-state design, and hands-on implementation
- A practice being scaled deliberately, with room to shape propositions
- Assess end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, then design the future state
- Define rolling forecast methodology: horizon, cadence, granularity, driver logic, scenarios and review routines
- Lead workstreams across IBP, driver-based planning, scenario modelling and enterprise planning operating model design
- Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and turn ambiguity into structured workplans
- Connect FP&A transformation to wider finance priorities: operating model, close-to-report, data, analytics, automation
- 7 to 10 years across FP&A, commercial finance, finance transformation or management consulting
- Hands-on experience transforming planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Hands-on with an enterprise planning platform (Oracle EPM, TM1, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, Workday Adaptive, Hyperion)
- Strong financial modelling across drivers, scenarios, cost, margin, working capital and cash flow
- Confident facilitating workshops with senior Finance and business stakeholders
- Desirable: manufacturing or asset-intensive exposure, CA / CPA / CIMA / CMA, Power BI
- Consultants trusted to define problems, shape executive decisions and own outcomes
- Real autonomy, less service-line constraint than traditional consulting models
- Collaborative practice in a genuine growth phase
