We are seeking a Senior Change Analyst to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives, driving effective change management to ensure strong stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change strategies, impact assessments, and readiness plans
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the business
- Deliver targeted communications and support training initiatives
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and mitigation actions
- Support business readiness activities and track adoption outcomes
- Provide clear reporting across governance forums
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Analyst / Change role within complex environments
- Strong background in technology or transformation programs
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Experience with change impact assessments and delivery of change plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR
