About the opportunity
- Join the SAP ERP upgrade program of a major NSW public sector organisation
- Support the HR and payroll workstream as it moves from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA
- A large, complex workforce environment where payroll continuity is business-critical
- Sydney Olympic Park base, hybrid (minimum three days onsite), 12-month contract
- Provide senior SAP HCM / HR / Payroll functional consulting across the upgrade
- Support the transition of the ECC6 HR & Payroll solution to S/4HANA using H4S4
- Lead solution design and system configuration for HR and payroll processes
- Align business requirements, solution design and delivery outcomes
- Help reduce manual processing and improve the workforce experience in the target state
- Senior SAP HCM / HR / Payroll functional experience
- Experience with ECC6 to S/4HANA HR/Payroll transitions, ideally H4S4
- Strong solution design and configuration capability
- Australian payroll and award/EBA compliance knowledge
- A complex public sector environment with real transformation scale
- Collaborative delivery across functional, technical and platform teams
- 12-month contract on a major SAP HR/Payroll transformation
- Hybrid working from Sydney Olympic Park
- $859.03/day + GST (ABN) or $837/day including super (PAYG)
