Our client is seeking a senior BA to lead significant pieces of work across a cross-functional project, focused on improving how mental injury claims are managed from end to end. You'll shape problem statements, facilitate complex stakeholder discussions, and synthesise insights into outputs that drive executive decision-making.
You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy in an environment that is fast-paced, evolving and genuinely complex.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading analysis workstreams independently across the full project lifecycle
- Defining problem statements and analysis approaches where scope is ambiguous
- Identifying gaps, risks and inefficiencies, and proposing workable solutions
- Facilitating workshops and senior stakeholder discussions
- Producing executive-ready outputs that synthesise complex clinical, operational and policy inputs
- Providing informal guidance to other analysts on the team
- Senior BA experience with a track record of operating confidently in ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management, credible with executives, clinical SMEs and frontline teams alike
- Ability to translate academic, policy or evidence-based frameworks into operational reality
- Background in health, insurance, claims, case management or complex service transformation
- Strategic thinking balanced with practical, ground-level delivery
