We're seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to support a major Customer Communications transformation within a leading insurance environment.
You'll lead business analysis across the design and delivery of Smart Communications (SmartComms) solutions, improving customer correspondence, regulatory compliance, and communication automation across the insurance lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops across underwriting, claims, operations, and customer teams
- Analyse end-to-end insurance communications (new business, renewals, claims, compliance notices)
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into SmartComms design specifications
- Define templates, content rules, data mapping, and document workflows
- Partner with architects and delivery teams on platform integration (PAS, claims, billing)
- Lead UAT coordination, document testing, and stakeholder sign-off
- Mentor junior BAs and support BA workstream delivery
- 5-10+ years' Business Analysis experience
- Strong insurance domain exposure (Life or General preferred)
- Hands-on Smart Communications (SmartComms) or similar CCM platform experience
- Experience designing insurance correspondence (policy docs, renewals, claims letters)
- Background working across PAS, claims, or billing systems
- Proven delivery within large transformation programs
- Guidewire, Duck Creek, or core system transformation exposure
- CCM certifications / SmartComms training
- Cloud or API integration experience
- Regulatory exposure (APRA, ASIC, DDO, IDR)
