The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially astute and highly driven Senior Sales Lead - Workplace Technology to take ownership of revenue growth across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Melbourne's inner suburbs, this role will drive new business development and strategic account growth across key vertical markets including property, corporate real estate, workplace design and integration channels.
You will champion a portfolio of workplace technology solutions, including IoT-enabled desk booking software, enterprise charging systems and smart power infrastructure designed to support hybrid work, flexible environments and digital workplace transformation.
This is a high-impact growth role with significant runway and strong demand across the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance and revenue growth across VIC, SA, WA and NZ
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships across property, workplace, CRE, A&D and integration networks
- Lead solution presentations and commercial discussions with multiple decision-makers
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Expand and strengthen channel partnerships to unlock joint revenue opportunities
- Maintain disciplined CRM forecasting and pipeline management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong customer outcomes
- 5+ years' experience in workplace technology, SaaS, AV/IT integration, CRE technology or related sectors
- Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets
- Established networks within property, workplace or integration ecosystems
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder solution sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capability
- High energy, self-motivated and comfortable managing a multi-region territory
