We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to sit at the intersection of platform and product — building real-world agentic experiences while shaping the platform that powers them.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shipping agents end-to-end, while also improving the underlying platform to make it easier for other engineers to build with AI.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and ship full-stack agent experiences(chat UIs, streaming responses, tool visualisation)
- Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers into LLM workflows
- Develop secure, user-aware agents(OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, scoped tool access)
- Improve agent reliability in production through observability, tracing, and evals
- Contribute to the AI platform — making it easier for teams to adopt and scale agentic systems
- (Nice to have) Design multi-agent systems(A2A, orchestration, delegation patterns)
- Strong experience building LLM-powered agents / applications
- Frontend capability (React or similar) for building interactive AI experiences
- Experience with tooling frameworks / protocols(e.g. MCP, LangChain, custom tool schemas)
- Understanding of auth in distributed systems(OAuth2, OIDC, JWT)
- Experience with observability & evals(e.g. LangSmith, OpenTelemetry)
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- You make progress without a playbook
- You know when to prototype vs productionise
- You collaborate across engineering, platform, and product
- You challenge what’s not working and adapt quickly
