We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant specializing in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession & Development Planning (SPCDP). This role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors PMGM/SPCDP modules, helping the business optimize performance and talent management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Performance Management, Goal Management, 360 Reviews, Competencies, Calibration, and Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
- Configure and manage Career Worksheets, Development Goals, Roles, Career Paths, and Competency assignments.
- Develop and maintain workflows, notifications, templates, permissions, and Job Profile Builder.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration through fit-gap analysis and solution design.
- Conduct testing, training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption.
- Support integrations with SAP ECC or third-party systems where required.
- Extend SuccessFactors using MDF and optimize other talent modules as needed.
- Certified SuccessFactors consultant in PMGM and SPCDP modules.
- 10+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management implementations.
- Hands-on experience with 360 Reviews, Goal Plans, Performance Ratings, Career Worksheets, Job Profile Builder, RBP, workflows, notifications, and templates.
- Experience in fit-gap analysis, system design, testing, training, and support.
- Knowledge of MDF extensions and integrations with SAP ECC or third-party systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
