SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Specialist (Technical & Functional)
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) specialists to join our growing HR Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to work on both functional payroll operations and technical SAP ECP integrations, supporting a variety of projects across different business units.
We are hiring multiple specialists, so candidates with strong configuration, integration, and implementation experience are encouraged to apply. Depending on your expertise, you may focus on:
- Functional Payroll (Australia): Payroll processing, onboarding, Employee Central configuration, and client workshops.
- Technical Integrations & Support: SAP EC/ECP configuration, Payroll Control Center (PCC), data replication, SAML2/SSO, off-cycle process setup, ABAP customizations, and integrations with S/4HANA or third-party systems.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand payroll processes and provide system expertise.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption (functional focus).
- Provide production support and troubleshoot payroll issues to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Configure and maintain technical integrations between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including P2P and BIB integrations.
- Implement Payroll Control Center processes, custom alerts, off-cycle processes, and step templates (technical focus).
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and configuration.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR data structures, and integrations with other HR modules or external systems.
- Experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC), data replication, SAML2/SSO, off-cycle processes, and technical integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and end users.
- SAP SuccessFactors Payroll certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
