We're looking for an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Functional Consultant to join a large-scale ERP transformation program, supporting the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This role will play a key part in ensuring continuity and optimisation of HR and payroll processes during the upgrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration across SAP HR / Payroll modules
- Support ECC → S/4HANA (H4S4) conversion activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration across enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HR system issues
- Strong experience across SAP HR modules (PY, PA, OM, ESS)
- Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs
- Deep understanding of payroll processes and compliance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- SAP HR certification (desirable)
