We're partnering with an organisation undertaking significant HR transformation initiatives and are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their Melbourne-based team.
In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of Employee Central solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, best-practice configurations. You'll play a key role across implementation projects, including complex multi-country deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central, including Time Off and Time Tracking.
- Experience working on multi-country or global SuccessFactors projects.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is advantageous but not essential.
