They are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change management activities and support business areas through the transition to the new platform.
This role will focus on ensuring stakeholders are well prepared, engaged, and supported throughout the program, driving strong organisational readiness and adoption across impacted teams.
The Role
Working closely with program leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy and plan
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Design and deliver targeted communications and engagement strategies
- Establish and manage change networks, champions, and super-users
- Support business readiness and adoption activities
- Partner with training leads to ensure learning initiatives align with change impacts
- Monitor and report on change progress, engagement and adoption metrics
- Identify and manage change risks and resistance
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Change Management on large-scale ERP or transformation programs
- Experience delivering change on ERP or SAP implementations or upgrades
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications and change strategy
- Experience supporting transformation across Finance, Procurement, or similar business functions
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or comparable delivery methodologies
- Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded
