THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a senior product ownership role with genuine enterprise scope. As Salesforce Product Owner within our Delivery function, you will own the feature roadmap and demand management for our Salesforce Core squad, shaping how one of our most significant platforms evolves over the next 12 months and beyond.
You will work directly with business stakeholders across the organisation to assess and prioritise demand, lead quarterly planning, and translate strategic intent into a delivery programme your squad can execute with confidence. - Partner with business stakeholders to assess demand, set priorities, and manage expectations across the portfolio
- Lead quarterly planning processes in a Scaled Agile environment, working across squads and delivery leads
- Drive consensus among stakeholders with competing interests, escalating and resolving blockers with authority
- Ensure the squad backlog is well-groomed, sequenced, and ready for delivery at all times
- Balance enhancement work, bug resolution, and strategic features to sustain velocity and value
Essential:
- 5+ years as a SALESFORCE Product Owner in a cross-functional, end-to-end solution delivery environment
- 5+ years across Salesforce eco system
- Demonstrated experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe or equivalent) delivery model
- Proven ability to build and manage enterprise-aligned feature roadmaps
- Strong prioritisation discipline, with the ability to balance technical debt, enhancements, and strategic work
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting to executive audiences
- Relevant bachelor degree or higher
- Experience leading product ownership across complex multi-disciplinary squads
Must have full working rights and based in Melbourne.
