As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll design, develop, and implement customised Salesforce solutions supporting a new digital regulatory framework. This framework standardises insurance processes across Workers Compensation, Home Building, and Compulsory Third-Party insurance, helping maintain integrity, accountability, and public safety.
You’ll collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end users to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions and ensure their ongoing performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related tools.
- Conduct testing, code reviews, and ensure high-quality, performant solutions.
- Manage deployments using Azure DevOps, ANT, or change sets.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and maintain documentation.
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Work effectively with other developers, analysts, and project teams.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce PSS, Omnistudio, and Omniscript.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and governance.
- Skilled in tools such as VS Code, Developer Console, and Workbench.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions certification highly regarded.
